Why are your shipping fees so expensive?
I ship via registered mailing from Thailand. Registered mailing ensures that your order is trackable at all times and the registered mailing fees is an extra of $1.60 on top of the normal mailing fees. Moreover, from Thailand to your destination, the package is quite likely to be travelling half the globe and beyond, thus explains the higher fees too.
Do you refund excess shipping fees?
Yes I do :D If there's a shipping fee of in excess of $1.50 and more, the amount will be refunded to your paypal account within 24 hours after transaction.
Lettersets and folders are not heavy items, why is the shipping relatively higher?
I normally ship out lettersets and folders in a bend-proof packaging by adding a piece of cardboard backing to the letterset and the folder. Chances are, if they don't come with the cardboard backing, they are likely to be badly creased after they travel half the globe to you.
